Assembly Associate Pay, Benefits and Perks:
Temp-to-Hire
Starting wage of $13.00-13.60/hr
Progressive pay plan - wage increase every 6 months
$500 Retention Bonus at 6 months
Upon perm hire, earn $15.64-$26.00/hour!
3rd shift with rotating schedules

Assembly Associate Responsibilities:
Work on assembly lines to mass produce automotive parts and vehicles
Follow all company safety, efficiency, quality and cost reduction initiatives
Communicate with team members to resolve quality issues and implement repair/ containment procedures for recurring defects
Assembly Associate Requirements:
5 years of verifiable work history or education required; manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred, but not necessary
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
High School Diploma or GED is required
Flexibility to work rotating 3rd shifts
