SEEKING FOOD TRUCK WORKERS, CASHIERS, COOKS, PREP AND ALL KITCHEN POSITIONS

SOUTHEAST CUISINE is looking for qualified individuals to join their team. This person will be hardworking, dedicated, and preferably have experience in the food industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

Legally allowed to work in US

Preferably some experience in a kitchen but will train

Experience with dealing with customers

Passion for the integrity of product, from production process to final execution

Ability to multi-task and work independently

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the selling, planning and production of all menu items for all facets of the operation

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Create, present and expedite food orders in a timely manner

Assist in the requisition of products and other necessary food supplies

Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas

Establish controls to minimize food and supply waste

Safeguard all food preparation employees by implementing training to increase their knowledge about safety, sanitation and accident prevention principles

Ensure standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation are followed to corporate set specifications

Interest in food and beverage staff and management meetings

Polite and well-mannered

Cooks or directly supervises the cooking of items that require skillful preparation

Evaluate food products to assure that quality standards are consistently attained

Interact with co-workers to assure that food production consistently exceeds the expectations of members and guests

Adhere to policies and procedures to enhance and measure quality

Open to training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff

Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times
