Production Control Supervisor

Be responsible for providing administrative, and leadership support to the Production Control team. Review work center loads and creates forecasting to ensure On-Time delivery Coordinates with Customer Programs, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production and Tooling to ensure jobs are created in order to meet demand and ensure maximum program continuity and balanced utilization of manufacturing capability. Initiates Weekly Production Meetings with all required departments. Adjusts, integrates and balances scheduling variables to assure compliance with contract delivery terms and conditions Performs shop follow-up and expediting assignments. Creates spreadsheet for Monthly WIP Inventory and enters values after counting is performed. Maintains weekly charts showing Late to Start, Late to Customer, On Time Delivery percentages, etc. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Education: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Benefits:
