This position holds responsibility for the organization's marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns, which aligns with our brand strategy. This is a collaborative role that involves close engagement with MarCom, Marketing Operations, Creative Services, Product Management, Partner Marketing Management, Solution Development Directors, Sales as well as executive leadership in support of the Marketing VP/GMand.nbsp;Among other things, here's what you'll be doing in this role:Developing the marketing strategy and plan to align with new and existing products, solutions/offerings and services GTM.Overseeing implementation of the Marketing Campaign execution - including demand generation, events, digital marketing, and working in close collaboration with MarCom to develop messaging and thought leadership leveraging full funnel marketing methodology.Ensuring that the integrated marketing team has close working relationships with all levels of the sales organization from Global and ENT account acquisition to SMB and field sales across all seven Zones regions, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate leads, tools, materials and presentations.Supporting the Mar/Com team in developing and implementing the Brand strategy.Guiding the day to day activities of the integrated marketing team.Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.Working closely with product and solutions teams to define marketing content, collaterals, and other necessary materials to support campaign execution.Working with Mar/Com team to drive social media presence and directing programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.Supporting the Mar/Com team to develop and deliver regional and national marketing and communications strategies for the organization.Undertaking continuous analysis of all marketing activities and adapting as needed or at the direction of leadership.Supporting and extended our reach through tradeshows and events that drive new customer engagement and acquisition.Directing the vertical team to develop robust marketing plans to capture more market share in our strategic verticals including healthcare and public sector.Drive marketing metrics/KPIs to meet and exceed pipeline, MQLs, revenue and attach goals.Ensure financial responsibilities to achieve net COA team goal.Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:8+ years in leadership, team management positions within B2B IT/tech industryBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field including Journalism or Communication with significant experience leading strategic marketing teams, supporting national field sales teams and taking new products and services to marketStrong working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, market research and interpretation of dataAbility to prioritize with internal stakeholders unifying initiatives across disparate products and corporate initiativesProven track
