Job Title: Service Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Monday - Friday)
Pay: Competitive pay rate negotiable and depending on experience
Position Summary: Receive in calls from a customer requesting service to their HVAC systems or restaurant equipment, enter into Servicom (Computer Software), and in a timely manner arrange for a Service Technicians to visit the job. Receive in parts ordered if needed from a service call and schedule the replacement part with the customer.
Qualifications:
Ability to lead a team of technicians
General knowledge of computer systems, Word, and Excel.
Ability to problem solve throughout the work day.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Customer service skills.
Requirements:
Previous managerial experience
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and post-offer background check
Highly motivated
Willing to learn new technologies
Great attitude and the ability to work well with others.
